This provision is applicable to wrong answers, under which one-third of the marks allotted to the question are deducted. This provision is applicable to both the preliminary question papers. The main objective of this provision is that students should only get the necessary advantage of guessing.

Sir says that this provision is applicable to wrong answers. Try to answer only the correct questions. Negative marking can be avoided in two ways- first, by practice during preparation; second, by strategy during the exam

1. By practice during preparation:

• Study thoroughly

• Do practice after studying

• Solve as many multiple-choice questions as possible

• Look at the questions from previous years, etc.

2. Strategy during the exam:

• Read the questions carefully

• Try to answer the questions that come

• Do not guess

• Choose the closest option for questions where you are confused between two options

• Do not solve questions about which you do not know anything, etc.

The students will definitely benefit from the information given by Akhil Sir. Correction of these small flaws will increase the chances of success of the students. If you want to succeed in less time, then keep making such corrections throughout the entire preparation journey.
